PARKING OPTION 1

MAIN PARKING LOT
GPS Address: 2700 Austin Ave, Evansville, IN 47712 

There will be a minimal $5 charge for this parking area. This lot will only be open to traffic via Austin Ave & Dreier Blvd.

The main lot is the closest available parking, and will fill up very quickly. Carpooling is advised.

DIRECTIONS:

From the corner of the Lloyd Expressway and St. Joseph Ave., proceed South on St Joseph Ave/Ray Becker Parkway (driving between two Mead Johnson buildings).  Turn Right on Claremont Ave, Right on Dreier Blvd, and Right into the Reitz HS parking lot at Austin Ave.

OR

Take the SOUTH Barker exit from Lloyd Expwy.  Proceed South on Barker Ave, then Left on Austin Ave.  Follow Austin straight into the Reitz parking lot.

PARKING OPTION 2

LOWER LOT/CORPS LOT
GPS Address: 2450 W. Indiana St, Evansville, IN 47712

This lot is located at the corner of the Lloyd Expressway and St. Joseph Ave. The corps will also be parked in this lot along with patrons.

Parking in this lot is FREE, but does require traveling a short distance to the venue. Shuttles service will be provided from this lot.

SHUTTLE SERVICE:

Shuttle service is provided to patrons from this parking area. Shuttle will begin at 5:00 PM and continue until 7:30 PM. They will run approximately every 20 minutes. Shuttle will drop off at the WILL CALL ticket booth. Drop off is indicated on adjacent map.

Shuttle will resume service after the show has concluded. Pick-up will be in the same location as drop off, near the WILL CALL ticket booth.

WALKING TO VENUE FROM LOT:

If you choose to walk, cross the pedestrian overpass located at the far side of the parking lot. Head straight up the hill to the Reitz Bowl. The walk from lot to venue takes about 10 minutes and is about 1/2 mile. Also walk up hill can be steep as you near the venue. If you do not do well with walking up hill, it is advised that you please take the shuttle. Walking route is indicated by the yellow line on adjacent map.

Neighborhood Parking

Free ample on-street parking in the neighborhood surrounding the venue will be available.

Parking 0n the streets in the neighborhoods will require traveling a short distance to the venue. Some areas may be steeper than others. Please be sure to not block any driveways to any homes in the neighborhood. We are taking parking from those who live in the area. We very much appreciate them letting us use their area for parking.

NO PARKING IN BACKSTAGE AREA:

There will be NO SPECTATOR PARKING allowed in the lots and streets immediately behind Reitz Bowl. This “backstage” area is indicated in red on the adjacent map. This area is reserved for corps/support staff bus and truck parking.

Off-limits streets include Lemcke Avenue, Marine Avenue, Hillcrest Terrace & Edgewood Drive. If you happen to find yourself in this area, DRUMS on the OHIO staff will be present to help you to an approved parking location.

PARKING OPTION 4

ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Our venue provides ADA Accessible parking to spectators. There are two areas that are ADA accessible.

The first is located on Dreier Blvd. near the WILL CALL ticket booth. Cars will need to park on the side of the street OPPOSITE the school. There is also a grass yard that is included in this ADA parking. This is indicated in yellow on the adjacent map. THIS PARKING IS FREE.

The second ADA accessible area is located in the main parking lot near the school. The entire front row is reserved for ADA parking. This area is also indicated in yellow on the adjacent map. THERE IS A $5 CHARGE FOR THIS PARKING.

NOTE TRAFFIC PATTERNS: 

Due to parking on the street for ADA accessibility, there is no entrance to the ADA parking from the intersection of Hartmetz Ave. and Dreier Blvd. This area will be indicated as a ONE WAY from the top of the hill.

Those who wish to park in this area will need to enter the ADA parking at the top of Dreier Blvd. from the WILL CALL ticket booth. Traffic pattern is indicated by the red arrows on the adjacent map. If you have questions about how to access this parking area, please ask a DRUMS on the OHIO staff members on-site the day of show.
